A good quote is hard as stone. That’s why I like them in the first place. They’re like astronaut-food that never decays. Or seeds burried in a rock in Norway to be stored and kept safe for the next thousand years till we need them. They’re superstrong flavours: just rip the shiny bag open, add some water and at least you taste something when you suck your lukewarm noodles. They’re self-help on steroids, tiny magic wonderpills. They’re sleeping pills. They’re glucose. Some are true, wise, immune to my mind that can bend everything. That’s why I read.
